Thank you for shopping at A World of Bamboo! If for any reason, you’d like to return or exchange your purchased item, as long as it is in a re-saleable condition and you have proof of purchase we are happy to offer you a Store Credit Voucher or Exchange. Returning your item is easy, send the product back. Items eligible for return or exchange must be:

Returned within 14 days of purchase
In it’s original packaging • Original labels are attached to the item
In an unused/unassembled condition Returns must comply with full policy as found on our website:www.aworldofbamboo.com.au/shippingreturns

We recommend you return your items using a trackable service as A World of Bamboo does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Once we receive your parcel we will process your return/exchange and you will receive a confirmation email. All returns/exchanges are made at your expense, if you require an item to be resent we will contact you to process the payment via phone. If you believe an item you have received is faulty, please contact A World of Bamboo via phone 0409362913 or email cynthia@aworldofbamboo.com.au within 14 days of receipt of your items.
